    superlative, uncountable noun, preposition

    Hi,
Is it correct to write: "It is not the best of quality" when referring to, for instance, the quality of a video? (Quality being an uncountable noun)
Can one use "of", as it is used, in this sentence? Why/why not?

    Regards, Johnny

    Welcome to the forum.

You can use "of" but not in that position.

    It's not the best quality.
It's not of the best quality.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Thanks for answering!
Just wondering, is there a reason/rule for this?
