When you recuperate from an illness.

Suppose you suffered from a disease (God forbid) a few months back, and now you have recovered your health. How would you say it.

1.She was suffering from malaria last month, but she has recovered now.

    2. She was suffering from malaria last month, but she has now been recovered.

    3. (a) She was suffering from malaria last month, but she has now gotten recovered. (AmE)

    (b) She was suffering from malaria last month, but now she has got recovered. (BriE)

    Regards

Only the first is correct and natural.

Re: When you recuperate from an illness.

Throughout your post you used "recovered" which is the most natural word for this. In your title, you used "recuperate" - it exists but we don't use it very often. We usually use "recuperation" to mean "a period of recovery".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
