Can you have a look to my short essay?

Hi guys. Can you check this short essay please?

We all have 24 hours a day.
What time we wake up or go to sleep does not matter.
How we spend our time awake matters.
How many hours we work or sleep makes no sense.
How much productive and focused we are is the key to achieve our goals and purposes.
I usually plan too many goals and commitments in short-time and at the end I feel overwhelmed, stressed and frustrated.
This horrible status make me fail and skip all my good habits achieved.
    I forget to meditate.
    I forget to journal.
I forget to take a break.
I forget to breathe deeply and slowly.
    Last, I procrastinate.

How to retake the control of the present moment
When I notice that I am experiencing this, the best things to do is to stop whatever I am doing,
    I slow down my breath.
I breathe in filing up of air my lungs.
I breathe out slowly emptying my lungs.
    I stop my thoughts flow.
I focus on what matters in this precise period of my life.
    I give priorities.
I reschedule my day and my week with the right amount of time for every task, activity and routine.

    Typical day
My body and mind need to rest 7 hours a day.
I feel amused and proud if I wake up quite early.
I learned that 5 AM is the right time to set my alarm.
I want to sleep from 10 PM to 5 AM, 7 hours.
As I wake up I need 5 minutes to force my body and brain to stand up.
Then I meditate for 10-20 minutes.
Shower, shaving, dressing, drinking tea or coffee need other 30 minutes.
At 6 AM I am ready for:
    writing down the most and less important tasks of the day;
    consulting my calendar and transcribing in my daily log appointment and meetings of the day;
    starting working for three hours.
At 9 AM I go to the office to work on my first job until 6 PM.
I take some short break every 20-30 minutes, spending time focused on digital documents stressed your eyes and brain.
I often go out on the balcony to get some fresh air.
If I am productive, I get the work done one or two hours before 6 PM and I have time to browse and check blogs, website and community who follow or I am passionate. Sometimes I write down several outlines for my writings.
I exercise three times a week after work: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
On Tuesday and Thursday I spend time with some friends, dates, going to groceries stores or, if I do not have any commitment, I take a walk in city centre or in some park.
I am back to home at 8 PM. I occasionally have a date or a dinner out with friends.
I eat and order my home in 1 hour. From 9 to 10 I read, write our journal.
That is my typical day in Sofia.

Yes you're right. It comes from my journal. I have been journaling at leat 1000 words each to improve my English writing skills.

    Perhaps:

When I am overstressed I forget to do things I normally do. For example, I forget to write in my journal.

    Also:

Sometimes I order takeout. I have Chinese food delivered.

    Random Thoughts

Focus is the key to achieving our goals.

I usually set too many goals and make too many commitments.

We don't "put things in order" in this context. I think you meant something like "tidy up".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
