    on a mission

    Hello everybody!

First of all, I would like to start by saying that Shipyard X is going to Norway on a mission to take part in trade fair entitled "so and so".

Shipyard X on an economic mission

Shipyard X is going to Norway on an economic mission organised by the Centre for Serving of Investors. The purpose of the mission is to take part in trade fair “Century of Technology”.

It is not about asking you to proofread the above text, which you never do. I would like you to tell me if the text in italics is acceptable to and understood by you.

Everything is explained at the outset and should be reflected in the italised sentences. Some names have been made up by me but that does not matter.

    Thank you.

    Re: on a mission

The shipyard probably isn't going to Norway. Can you write Representatives of the X Shipyard?

Is the Centre for Serving of Investors a translation? If that is not its official English-language name, I'd suggest Centre for Investor Service or Investor Service Centre.

I'd write the “Century of Technology” trade fair.
    I am not a teacher.

Yes, you are right. I meant representatives.

Representatives of Shipyard X will take part in the "Century of Technology" trade fair as part of an economic mission to Norway organized by [name as suggested above.]
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
