To ask to someone about the way happenned a test he just took, I hesitate between "How did it go?" or "How does it went?".

Which is better?

Edit: Sorry I made a mistake in the title but I cannot edit it. I wanted to write "How did it go" not "got".

I've fixed your title.

How did it go?

You change (inflect) the verb "to do" and leave "go" as "go" in all situations.

Does he go there often?
Did she go there?
Do they go there often?
Did they go there?
How did she go? (what route did she take?)
How did it go? (was it successful)

Thanks.

So "How does it went" is never a correct sentence under no circumstances whatsoever?

That's right. You can only use a bare infinitive after the helping verb do.

No, it's never a correct sentence under any circumstances whatsoever.
Under no circumstances is it ever a correct sentence.
