    diverse minds

Customers want to deal with companies that reflect their values and create products and services tailored to their needs. Organizations that hire employees with different experiences and backgrounds are better able to create the customized products these customers desire. In addition, businesses with diverse workforces suffer fewer human rights complaints, fewer union clashes, and less interpersonal conflict. Moreover, with so many different and diverse minds coming together many more solutions will arise as every individual brings in their way of solving problems and decision making. That's why diversity is viewed by a growing number of companies as a critical bottom-line business strategy to improve employee relationships and to increase productivity.

Does this "minds" mean "intelligent people" or "ordinary ones"?
