Greetings to all.
One of my friends drafted a letter for my wife's insurance claim and I happened to notice a mistake (to me). This is the 3rd time he is using the same usage ......in three different replies for the insurance co:'s queries. concluding like this...."kindly arrangement for the disbursement of the claims". To me it should have been "kindly make arrangement or kindly arrange for the .......".
to be frank being not confident enough I used to depend on others for writing official letters like claims and all.
Hoping some one would respond to this letter and help me.
Thanking you in advance,

I'd use kindly arrange or I would be grateful if you could/would arrange.
