    Had to have done

"Had to have done". Sorry, I do not have sentence for this phrase but could you please tell me, is it correct or not? If yes, then how to use it?

    Re: Had to have done

There is no point in asking a question when you don't have a use for it and you don't know when you might ever want to use it.

We could probably create a sentence with any string of improbable words if we had to.

You tell us what you want to say. We'll tell you if it makes sense and is natural.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Really, tufguy? After all these months of reminders that "How to" is not the way to construct a question, here it is again.

Thread closed. You can post a new thread once you've come up with an example sentence for "had to have done".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
