Question Why it is not working / ...

    Hi,

Here are three daily used sentences for me.

Please help to verify which question is correct or incorrect? A or B?

    1). It is not working.
    A. Why it is not working?
    B. Why is it not working?

2). It can't be used for cooking.
    A. Why it can't be used for cooking?
    B. Why can't it be used for cooking?

    3). It does not necessary.
    A. Why it doesn't necessary?
    B. Why doesn't it necessary?

Please also help to verify if "Here are three ...." is correct or not?
I use "are" because it followed by "three ....". But I am not sure because the subject is "Here". Sometimes I use "Here is three ....", sometimes "Here are three ...".

    Please help, thanks.
