I didn't start question with how to

You told me not to start a question with "how to" and I haven't started the question with "how to", it was the part of a sentence but now you are saying I cannot use it. So please tell me where to use " how to"?

Re: I didn't start question with how to

You can use 'how to' as the title of an article/book: How to Use 'How to' Correctly, or to introduce indirect questions: I asked him how to use 'how to' correctly, Can you tell me how to use 'how to' correctly?
