    be jealous of

    'A' loves 'B'. 'B' loves 'C'. 'A' is jealous of 'B' TO/WITH 'C'?

    Re: be jealous of

Neither is correct. A is jealous of C because C is receiving the love A would like to receive from B.

In this usage, the idiom ends after the second party is named: Andy is jealous of Charlie.

    Re: be jealous of

If B and C are a couple then you could say "A is jealous of B being with C".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Pardon me, monsieur, I don't think I gave Andy the slightest reason...
