hello, everyone.

I sometimes hear someone says " we're" /wir/ or /wɜr/ . Which one is correct in conversation. Thanks in advance.

Hello, everyone.

I sometimes hear [STRIKE]someone[/STRIKE] people [STRIKE]says[/STRIKE] say "we're" as /wir/ or /wɜr/ . Which one is correct in conversation? Thanks in advance.

Note my changes above. I have moved your thread to "Pronunciation and Phonetics". I'm afraid I don't read phonetic symbols so I will leave it to others to answer your question.

Most Americans would pronounce we're as /wir/ when stressed or /wər/ when unstressed.

In BrE it sounds the same as the word 'weir', which is pronounced /wɪə/.

In both American and British English, it rhymes with beer, near, fear, queer, leer, here, and mere.

In most of the United States, all those words have as a harder R than the British use.

In AmE it's commonly pronounced like the word "ware".

I'm not aware of any regions where we're is pronounced the same as ware.

Where there are we'rewolves.

Just to avoid any confusion for the learners, the start of the word "werewolf" has nothing to do with the contraction "we're". Click here to find out how the word werewolf came about.
