    enough for me to...

    1) I am thinking about the time when I had enough hair to comb.
    2) I am thinking about the time when I had enough hair to comb it.

    3) I am thinking about the time when I had enough hair for me to comb.
    4) I am thinking about the time when I had enough hair for me to comb it.

Which of these sentences would work if the idea is that:
I am thinking about the time when I had enough hair that I could comb it.

Presumably, I have gone so bald that I can't even comb my hair.

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

    Only #1 works.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”

    — Arthur Schopenhauer
