Can anymore help correct my email?

I wonder what is expected to be included in the final course outline and how should it be different from the essay we are going to turn in at the end of the course. Do I need to make a table showing the content being taught and the activities being conducted with specific time annotated? Also, for the essay, is it a must to present it in paragraphs? For instance, I would like to have it in this way:

Are there any mistakes in this excerpt? Many thanks!

    It is somewe confusing. Perhaps:

I have a question. What is expected to be included in the final course outline, and how does it differ from the essay we are going to turn at the end of the course?

What does "time annotated" mean? How can you write an essay without using paragraphs?
