    About or blank?

    Hi there!

I feel like the preposition 'about' is missing from this sentence, after 'relevant', but I couldn't explain why it's wrong without it.

'Everyday i sit in front of a computer and enter data, check & reply e-mails from customers or internal department, receive and answer phone calls, explain everything relevant (about?) our services...'

    Cheers,
    Tito

    Re: About or blank?

There are several mistakes in that sentence:

'Everyday [should be two words] i I sit in front of a computer and enter data, check & and reply to e-mails from customers or internal departments, receive and answer phone calls, explain everything relevant about our services...'

    Re: About or blank?

First, you reply to emails (as Piscean points out).

Second, the word relevant expresses a relationship between things, so to is normally the correct choice.
    .
    • something is relevant to something else

However, your choice of about could be correct, depending on what exactly you want to say. Your phrasing "explain everything relevant about our services" is not clear - what is relevant to what?
