Question I only know you are a Sales Manager

    Hi,

    A. I only know you are a Sales Manager.
    B. I just know you are a Sales Manager.

Which is correct? A or B or both?

In my opinion, A and B are exchangeable in this context, but I am not 100% sure.

    Please help, thanks.

The words "only" and "just" don't necessarily mean the same thing. Also, I don't know what the context is (because there is none given). In any case, the first one is more likely. Finally, "sales manager" is not a proper noun.

The context is "I know you are a sales manager, except that, I know nothing about you."

I have a little confusion about only and just in this context.

They both work in this context.

I have am a little confusion confused about "only" and "just" in this context.
    Note my corrections above.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: I only know you are a Sales Manager

    Say:

I know you are are a sales manager, but that is all I know about you.

    OR

All I know about you is that you are a sales manager.

    OR

I know you are a sales manager, but that's the only thing I know about you.

    Also:

I know you are a sales manager, but other than that I know nothing about you.

    OR

The only thing I know about you is that you are a sales manager.
