I wonder whether these two words (2) exist. If so, is there any difference between the two?
1) Overly emotional
1) He is a gossip.
2)He is a gossiper.
My teacher told me that she would prefer to use 1 versions - overly emotional and a gossip - the person who gossips. However Google shows that a gossiper exists as well as overemotional. Is Google wrong?
I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.
