    everything/ anything

Hello! Can you give me some advice, please?
"You must tell your parents or an adult person if aren't sure of EVERYTHING/ ANYTHING."
(from an exercise; it is a text about being safe online)
What would you suggest that I should say? I have to choose between the two options, but I have some doubts! Thanks a lot for your help in advance!

'Anything' is appropriate. If there is only one thing you are unsure of,tell your parents.
