    becoming bigger me.

Do you like shopping?→ Yes. I love shopping. I usually buy cosmetics for myself. And I like finding out about new products on the market. Every time I buy a new product, I feel like I'm renewing myself, I mean, with a new item or possession, I seem to be broadening or expanding myself, I seem to be becoming bigger me.

    Does the underlined make sense?

No. Remember to put a space after the punctuation mark that ends every sentence.

Is the underlined too vague to understand?

    Re: becoming bigger me.

No. In fact it's pretty detailed. The last bit, becoming bigger me, doesn't make sense.
    I am not a teacher.

... becoming a bigger me would work.

    Re: becoming bigger me.

The underlined is a run-on sentence. You need to break it up.
I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.
