This is to inform you that we are
in a preparation ofpreparing to implement ingan Employee Performance Evaluation System EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEMin all business units.
Please find attached
formatthe IPR (Individual Performance Review) form. for your information.All supervisors are requested to monitor each of their respective employee's work performance, attendance, punctuality, etc. on a regular basis. After every three months, each employee’s performance is to be evaluated by their respective supervisors and the attached form is to be filled and signed by both employee and supervisors and subsequently forwarded to themanagement for final review. Effective from the month of June 2016, this practice will be in place. So your cooperation in this regard is highly imperative.
