Present perfect -- are any of these sentences correct?

    Greetings!

We’ve been going over “present perfect” tense and the verb that had to be use was “wake up”, so the idea was to write a sentence with “have woken up”. What I was trying to say is that “I have had this kind of experience. I woke up at 7 am. This is usually the time I leave for work.” So how would I say that using “have woken up”? Do any of these sentences sound correct?

    1. I have woken up at the time when I had to leave for work.
    2. I have woken up at the time when I should have left for work.
    3. I had woken up at the time when I should have left for work. (I know this is not present perfect. I was just wondering if to express my idea it has to be in the past perfect "had woken up")

    Greatly appreciate your help!

It only works with the past perfect.

So sentence #3, would work? I had woken up at the time when I should have left for work. Is this a correct sentence?

As for the present perfect though. If I am trying to say that I have had this type of experience many times, how would you word it? "Many times I have woken up .... " joining with the idea that it was at the time when i normally leave for work.

You could say "I have often woken up at the time when I should have been leaving for work".

"should have been leaving for work"...okay, that makes sense. Thank you, bhaisahab.
