Please tell me which one is grammatically right in this sentence: oriented on the goals or towards the goal. If both are right, then what is the difference between them?
    "On" is right.

"Towards" is wrong. It is not being used in the sense of "point." Your dictionary will tell you about the different definitions of the word.
