    Question Should

There is any difference between the sentences "what should democracy mean today?" and "what democracy should mean today?"? I'm in troubles trying to understand grammatically the different meanings of these sentences.

    Re: Should

The first would be a correct sentence if it began with a capital letter. The second is incorrect because it starts with a question word but the subject and verb are not inverted.

Your question has the same mistake: it should begin Is there any difference....
