the indiscriminate uses of nuclear weapons.

Whether nuclear technology is beneficial or not has always been an issue of debate. In my opinion, although it is true that nuclear technology helps people to live more conveniently, the use of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes also carries some serious risks. ... The most worrying aspect of nuclear technology, though, is its use for military purposes. Enough atomic bombs have already been built to completely destroy the planet .... Therefore, it is necessary to control the indiscriminate uses of nuclear weapons.

Is this expression suitable in this context?

Re: the indiscriminate uses of nuclear weapons.

Change "uses" to "use" and it's fine.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
