No. Website (is) now live. It's a predicate adjective.

Re: Memoria Press Has A New Look - New Website Now Live!

When a website goes live, it becomes available to everyone. Before it is live, it is often on the web, but only accessible to the people making and testing it. For example, we are going to switch the website here to use HTTPS rather than HTTP. At the moment, you cannot see any of that work because we're still testing it. In a couple of weeks, we should switch over to it, which is when we make it live.

You will find a definiton here under Phrases: http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/us...sh/live#live-2
