    appointment must show-up

The phrase below is about a bonus plan in which each employee will be rewarded for their performance.

I would like to know what does "show up" mean here.

-10 $ for every P&C appointment set by the employee (appointments must show-up).

Does it means that the appointments must be taken place in the office? or what?

    Re: appointment must show-up

Employees will be paid $10 for every appointment they book provided that the person for whom the appointment is made shows up at the appointed time. There is no hyphen in show(s) up.
