    Re: Where to start

    Welcome to the forum, habtom.

Read through some of the threads to see what sort of questions people as. When you have a question about something that causes you a problem, just post it here. We'll do our best to help.

Note that English is always written with an initial capital.

    Thank you.
Piscean has given you great advice on how to use the forum.

In addition, look at my corrections above. It's important to follow these rules of written English at all times:

    - Start every sentence with a capital letter.
    - End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
    - Always capitalise the word "I".
    - Always capitalise proper nouns (English, Microsoft, Shakespeare etc).
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Where to start

habtom, please note that I have changed your thread title.

'Where to start' is not the correct way to ask a question.

    Re: Where to start

Your politeness is appreciated, habtom, but please remember two things.

You can convey your appreciation by clicking on Thank at the bottom left-hand corner of the post that has helped you. The person who wrote the post will be notified of this.

'May God bless you' is not really an appropriate message in language forums, as some members are not believers. We just click on the Thank and/or Like buttons.

We look forward to reading your first question.
