Recently, I've been sleeping far less

Dear Teacher, the following is the 65th question on the latest official English test given by the Measuring, Selection and Placement Center (ÍSYM) in Turkey on March 27, 2016. ÍSYM does not release all of the questions and complete answer key, so I have found an unofficially compiled file that contains all questions and answers, and the correct choice is shown as "A" in that file. (Attached is the picture of that question)

To me, C looks correct. Where am I wrong? Thanks and regards.

    Okan:
    - Recently, I've been sleeping far less than I normally do. Do you think this could be related to stress?

    Sinan:
    - Well, we all have stress but how it affects us differs from one person to another.

    Okan: _______

    Sinan:
    - Probably. But I also know people who suffer from eating disorders due to their stress levels.

    A) I think I'm one of those whose sleeping patterns are dramatically disturbed.

    B) However, my body needs more sleep than many people because I work at night.

    C) These days, I also have poor appetite since I can't get sufficient sleep.

    D) Do you mean lack of sleep has both biological and psychological reasons?

    E) I agree. People who are self-employed tend to have less stress-related problems.

P.S. I have just found explanations at http://english.stackexchange.com/que...logue-question but I still wonder why we cannot point out the effects of stress on both sleeping and appetite disorders.

    Re: Conversation Question

None of them seem to fit, but I think C is closest.

Re: Recently, I've been sleeping far less

Honore, I have changed your thread title. Titles should include some/all of the words you are querying or are involved in your question. Titles like "Conversation question" are far too generic and do not help anyone to differentiate between individual posts.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
