  1. A vehicle will arrive at 5 o'clock to pick you and it will drop you straight to your home by 5:30.
  2. A vehicle will arrive at 5 o'clock to pick you and it will drop you straight at your home by 5:30.

Which preposition is best suited in this sentence. If there is a better and more natural way of communicating the same message kindly do tell me then.

Try:

A vehicle will arrive at 5 o'clock, and it will pick you up and take you to your home by 5:30.

You've written two sentences: A vehicle will arrive at 5 o'clock to pick you up. It will drop you off at your house by 5:30.

Probably more usual:

We will send a car by for you. It should be there at 5 o'clock.

Obviously, I haven't seen any car that is driven without a driver in Pakistan so far.
