    How*would you respond*to*these two questions?
    -How are you doing?
    - I' m doing really well, thanks/thank*you!What about you!
    -I'm doing fine,thanks!

    -How is it going? It's going well, thanks.And you?
    - Not bad, thanks.
    Are these exchanges correct? How elsewould you respond?

    I would ask How is it going or [I]How are you doing. "How are you going" is not natural in AmE.

    'owyagoin' is very common is AusE.

    Indeed. Well, 'mate', yes. 'Cobber' is a cliche. It might still be used in pockets, but I can't remember ever having heard it in real life spoken seriously.
