    Or are bothe versions acceptable?

    Note my other corrections to your thread.

    Only the second sentence is correct.
    The first could be used with the addition of some punctuation, like this: "This situation is also, for us,​ difficult".

    There is some ambiguity with "This situation is also difficult for us" because it's impossible to tell if "also" is attached to "difficult" (suggesting there might be another adjective which could apply) or if it's attached to "for us" (suggesting that it's difficult for someone else too).
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
