    Start that one fire

Don't leave the office until you've made that contact, gotten that refferal or started that one fire.

From the book "So You Want to be An Insurance Agent"
What does " start one fire" mean here?

Thank you all for your endless kindness

    Re: Start that one fire

It sounds to me as if they are recommending that you don't leave until you've done something really impressive or important, or at least started on it.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Start that one fire

It seems inappropriate to be encouraging insurance agents to start fires — even metaphorically.
