    comment or commented?

    occasionally I saw some members commented that what other members wrote are chinglish/honglish !

    Is it correct way to say as above sentence?

    I occasionally saw some members commented that what others wrote was Chinglish/Honglish.

    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
