    preposition with 'developed'

    Hello guys which one is correct

    1. Receptionist with skills developed over the years working across a varied spectrum of industries

    2. Receptionist with skills developed over the years through working across a varied spectrum of industries

    3. Receptionist with skills developed over the years while working across a varied spectrum of industries

    4. Receptionist with skills developed over the years by working across a varied spectrum of industries

    Try:

    She/he is a receptionist with skills developed over the years while working for companies in a variety of industries.

    'By' and 'while' are both possible, but mean different things.
    1. "I study French while watching TV".
    2. "I study French by watching TV."
    Only one of these implies that the TV is part of the learning process.(2)

    Skilled receptionist with years of experience in a variety of industries OR across a spectrum of industries.

    Don't use the phrase "varied spectrum." It doesn't make sense.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
