Hi All, Can someone read the below text and rephrase the same for me. I want to know how such an issue can be reported.

" I have been facing performance issues with my laptop from last 3-4 months. It hangs most of the times and I have to restart it to make it work. This process consumes a lot of my time and effects my productivity.

Further, I reported this issue to the IT team and they advised me to upgrade the RAM. For which I have already made a service request which has been pending at their end since 13 May 2016.

Given the above, request you to expedite my request and resolve the issue at the earliest.
