    1. Because of many questions from our employers, we need to ask you if these computers work properly.

This is ambiguous. Did the previous computers have 7 or 8?
... should have Windows 7, as previous computers did, instead of Windows 8.
... should return to Windows 7, instead of the Windows 8 as the more recent computers have had.

You MUST start using the pronoun I and stop writing i. Your continued used of "i" - after being told about this many times - suggests you don't really want us to help you.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Ok sorry, I am just unaccustomed to this, because I never didn't understand that, is it something like writing a names e.g "jack" instead of "Jack" or maybe it is bigger mistake ?

Re: How can i say this

We don't use chatlish here. As you know, in chat rooms they eschew punctuation and capitalization. However, that is not what they expect from you if you write a letter to a business or a college or university.

Re: How can i say this

It's the same level of mistake.

We capitalize the first letter in a sentence.
We capitalize proper nouns, like "Jack."
    We capitalize the pronoun "I."

If you are told this over and over and ignore it, people will ignore you posts.

Re: How can i say this

Now I need a help with checking this one:

Because of many questions from our employers, we need to ask you if computers: ...,....,.... intended for our IT-Mangaers have properly software. Many employers suggest that these computers should have Windows 7, as previous item sets have, instead of Windows 8.

I'm gladly want to hear your opinion about these sentences :)
