    say your beliefs

    I need a verb and an adverb. When someone says his beliefs and thoughts to others clearly and without being shy, In this situation, this person (what verb?) his beliefs (what adverb?)

    I also need a verb, when you have your own beliefs but in front of others, you say their beliefs. I mean you pretend that their beliefs are your beliefs too.
    Please correct my mistakes if you encounter any.

    "He states his beliefs honestly." 'To state' collocates well with 'beliefs.
    There's more of choice with 'honestly'.

    The speaker pretends to share the beliefs of the hearer.
