    I would say "organ trading".

    I'd probably prefer that over 'organ trafficking', but that's more of a personal preference. I would by no means say 'organ trafficking' is wrong.

    I always thought you had to be charged with a formal offence. If you push someone over, you can be charged with assault, but not with pushing someone over. I could be wrong.

    Perhaps it's just semantics, but I just assumed organ trading was illegal. For what it's worth, the Wikipedia page claims it's illegal everywhere but in Iran.

    'Trafficking' especially to me implies illegality.

    The "normal" process for transplants is organ donation.

    Organ trafficking sounds OK to me. However, in this context as he is facing charges, it would depend on the term used in Indian law.
