Sir/Madam,
I am doing a job under west bengal government. I want a transfer to my home town as i have to travel 100 km daily to reach office. It takes 3:30 hours to reach my office and another 3:30 hours to reach my home. So i start my journey at 7am and i return from office at 9pm. I am the only son of my parents and they are not at good condition. So I have to take care of them. Because of these reasons i want to apply for a transfer. As I am not so good at writing in english, so please send me an application format which is grammatically correct and I can forward that to the head office. Thanking you all. :-D
