    Scooter and bike.

"He used to ride that scooter with two children on the back seat."

"How to ride motorbike with a passenger on the back seat?"

    Please check.

    Re: Scooter and bike.

The second sentence is not correct because you cannot start your question with "How to...". It's not a question.

How can one / you ride a motorbike with a passenger on the back seat?

I've never ridden a motorbike in my life, though.
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.

Not a teacher nor a native speaker.

There's just one small mistake in the first one: it lacks an opening quotation mark. Congratulations!

    Re: Scooter and bike.

I think 'Can you show me how to ...' is also possible.
