    (had) walked and then

    Hi,

First I (had) walked to the kitchen and then I took a glass of water.
First I (had) walked to the kitchen and after that, I took a glass of water.

The sentences are mine. I'd like to ask if it is wrong to use 'had'?

    Thanks.

    Re: (had) walken and then

    It's neither necessary nor natural.

    Re: (had) walked and then

Ademoglu, I have fixed the typo in your title. You typed "walken" instead of "walked".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
