    ...outlining practice procedure...

    Hi

I am wondering if one of you could correct the following sentence:

"Therefore, to avoid any misunderstanding or disappointment, we enclose a copy of our Missed Appointments Policy outlining practice procedure for the management of failed to attend appointments."

The section I feel is incorrect is, "...outlining practice procedure..." Should it be 'the practice's procedure', since it is the practice that has implemented the procedure, or should it read 'the practice procedure'?

    Many thanks

I think it has to say either our procedure or the practice's procedure.
    I am not a teacher.

I have changed your thread title.

'Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.'

Do they have to say they are talking about their own procedure and not somebody else's? Or wouldn't that be taken for granted?
