    Easier

"Google app is an easier way to search on iPhone. Try it? "

Why have they used " easier" and not easy. How to use this type of grammatical structure without " than" in writing?

    Re: Easier

Either easy or easier is possible. The writer chose easier because they were referring to a previous suggestion; the writer thinks the Google app is easier than the previous suggestion.
