Probably not. Can you use it in a full sentence?

You probably mean 'obtaining', but we need a complete sentence to be sure.

    Work responsibilities' specification:

    -inventories and surveys
-producing 3D models and visualisations (SketchUp+ V-ray, Adobe Photoshop)
-final tender package delivery (Autodesk AutoCAD)
-sourcing and specifying furniture and finishes
    -gaini
ng price lists from contractors and preparing cost estimates of projects(MS Excel)

(I mean that I had to ask them for price list and also negotiate with them about prices, after "having/getting/gaining" pricings (not sure if I can use "pricings" word instead of "price lists") from many different contractors , I had to prepare my own cost estimate)

    "Obtaining," not "gaining."

Pricings is not a natural replacement for "price lists".
