    Re: Verb Mood

Can, could, may, might, must, shall, should, will, would are modal verbs. They are not subjunctive mood..

Some of them may appear in a sentence that contains a subjunctive mood - He would be happy if he were rich.
Should is sometimes used in place of a verb in the subjunctive mood -If he were here tomorrow ... / If he should be here tomorrow... / Should he be here tomorrow ... .

    Re: Verb Mood

Is the following sentence in a subjunctive mood?
"If I see him, I will tell him"

I have read the subjunctive mood reference from this site

the sentence is located in the third numbered-list of verb mood on that site

    Re: Verb Mood

No, it isn't. The linked site's author has invented a non-standard use of the word subjunctive.
