    of vs about

She told me about your story of living in U.S struggling life.

My question is "Do my sentence correct?"
And then, "Do I use both words correctly?"

You probably mean "Have I used both words correctly?"
In your first sentence, I would use "the US". You could probably write "the U.S.", "the USA", and various other ways, but if you put a period after 'U', you need one after 'S'. Otherwise it's OK with the amendments.
"She told me about your story of struggling with life in the US." is what I'd write.

One question, why do you add the word "with" in my sentence?

P.S I'm happy my sentence no more error.

Because you can't struggle life, but you can struggle with life.

    Re: of vs about

'Struggle' is intransitive, so a preposition is needed after it.

P.S. I'm happy there are no more errors in my sentence no more error.
Please tell me whether the above corrections are correct.
