Are you sure it's an official exam, Ali? There's so much wrong here.

First, the example sentence contains mistakes with its grammar. It should be: The population in Saudi Arabia has increased from 8 million to 14 million in the past ten years.

Second, none of the four possible answers are synonyms for increased and so do not work in the given sentence.

Third, despite this, the nearest in meaning is ascended and definitely not produced.
