Hello teachers and everyone,
Here are the sentences I want to know the differences :
1) You wasting time
2) You are wasting time(Is it correct?...or should I tell as you are wasting my time?)
Which one do you use naturally?
You are wasting time is the correct one. You cannot say, 'you wasting time'. Because, the continuous verb takes the following form:
subject + verb
In our case, subject (you) + verb (are wasting)
Here, you cannot write 'wasting' without 'are'.
Hope it helps.
