    Are these sentences correct:

    1) His superpower is to read minds.
    2) His superpower is reading minds.
    3) His superpower is that he can read minds.

    "Reading minds" is generally viewed as a superpower, in the context of superheroes etc. It's up there with flying, teleportation and invisibility.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Start with the Avengers. They are a lot of fun.
    Note that Tony Stark doesn't have superpowers - he's just a billionaire genius and his machines do the work for him. Black Widow is just an amazing physical specimen and doesn't have superpowers.

    The Hulk, however, is not only enormous, but his superhuman strength is a superpower.

    I'd choose teleportation as mine.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
