substantially cases I use on pretty much when I am talking about money but honestly, I don't know when use on "more or less", I just hear it many times

Re: More or less VS Pretty much

More or less means "approximately". Pretty much may mean the same, but it may also mean "quite a lot".

I think you meant to ask "Is there any law for using them?" It would be more natural to ask Is there a rule about which phrase to use?
    I am not a teacher.

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: More or less VS Pretty much

This is my personal take on it.

Person A describes something, and Person B is the expert.

Person B: Pretty much, yes, that's right. -- I feel there may be either a little regret that it's true, OR there may be a bit more that A did not include, but it's not important.

Person B: More or less, yes, that's right. -- I feel there are probably a few minor things A got wrong, but not enough to make the final conclusion wrong.

(Or B could use either one with no difference in meaning at all. )
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
